Where we work
Across Toronto and the GTA.
Different municipalities, different rules. Driveway width limits, front-yard hard-surface caps, permit timelines and stormwater thresholds change the moment you cross a boundary — and we check yours before quoting.
Why the municipality matters
Replacing a driveway in its existing footprint is straightforward almost everywhere. The moment you widen it, build a new one, or convert lawn to hard surface, four separate local rules come into play: maximum driveway width, the proportion of the front yard that can be paved, whether a curb cut is needed, and whether stormwater retention is triggered.
Those four are set independently by each municipality and they do not move together. A width that is fine in one city is refused in the next. We confirm all of them for your specific address during the site visit, and we file the application where one is required.
Not on the list?
Call us anyway. We take work outside these areas when the project justifies the travel, particularly commercial sites and larger residential builds.
