What happens after you get in touch
1. We book a site visit. Usually within a few days in season. It takes about thirty minutes.
2. We measure and probe. Square footage, drainage fall, what is under the existing surface, and whether your project needs a permit.
3. You get a written quote within 48 hours. One page: scope, base depth, lift thicknesses, disposal, and a fixed price.
4. You decide, with no follow-up pressure. If you go elsewhere, that is a normal outcome and we would rather you compare properly.
