What we actually do differently

Most paving quotes in the GTA are a number and a surface type. Ours states excavation depth, whether a geotextile is included, granular base thickness, how many compaction passes per lift, asphalt lift thicknesses and the finished grade. All of it measured on your property before the quote is written.

That is not a marketing position, it is a filter. Homeowners who want the cheapest possible number will not choose us, and that is the correct outcome for both sides. Homeowners who have been burned once, or who watched a neighbour's driveway fail in three winters, tend to read the specification and understand immediately why the numbers differ.

Four things we commit to in writing

Fixed price, no change orders. The number on your quote is the number you pay. If we hit something underground we did not expect, we show you and you decide — we do not invoice surprises.

Specs on paper. Excavation depth, base thickness, compaction passes and lift thicknesses, written per project.

An honest no. If your driveway only needs sealing, we quote sealing. If an overlay will fail on your base, we say so and lose the smaller job.

Photos of the base. You get pictures of the excavation, the geotextile and the compacted base before anything covers them — because that is the part you can never inspect again.
